TERMS
30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances over 30 days.

Credit: Orders over $50 must be prepaid or send bank and three trade references.

STOP Orders are accepted for individual books at list less 40% plus $4.
Shortages or non-receipt must be reported to us within 15 days of the ship date.
Resale Number: Illinois dealers must provide their resale number when ordering.
Promotional Materials: Photographic files for catalogs are immediately available upon request.
BOOK RETURNS AND AUTHORIZATION
Keystone Three LLC books are returnable.
Our return policy is normally between 90 days and one year of Keystone Three's invoice date; however, we will accept a book for return after one year as long as the edition is still in print. To keep our products current, we update our titles every one and a half to two years.
Request return permission
We issue detailed packing and shipping instructions upon request for returns.
Shortage or nonreceipt notification
Please provide notice of shortage or nonreceipt within 15 days of the shipping invoice date.
Books damaged in transit
Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Keystone Three LLC. Please make claim to the carrier.
Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip
List quantity, title, author, original invoice number and invoice date when making a return. Books returned with this information will be credited with 100% of the invoice price minus shipping. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the original discount was 50%.

Ship books via parcel post (book rate) prepaid or UPS prepaid to Keystone Three LLC.

Refunds
Returned books must arrive here in good resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Books shipped loose in oversize Jiffy bags will be refused at the post office and returned.
A credit memo will be issued toward future purchases.
